Tres Agaves is named for the three types of 100% Blue Agave Tequila (blanco, reposado, añejo). We feature regional Mexican cuisine, primarily from the state of Jalisco. Jalisco, and its capital city of Guadalajara, are located in the Central Highlands, also known as the birthplace of Tequila.

Wholesome, rustic dishes such as guajillo-spiced braised pork shoulder and chicken from the wood-fired rotisserie. Side items are included with entrees, but are served family-style in the middle of the table.
